Step 1: Schedule Your Free Consultation

The first step is to schedule a free, no-obligation consultation with our team. During this call, we will:

This consultation is completely free and comes with no pressure. Our goal is simply to help you understand your options.

Step 2: We Handle the Paperwork

If your child appears to be eligible for GAPP, our team will guide you through the application process. This includes:

Gathering necessary documentation (medical records, Medicaid information, etc.).
Coordinating with your child's physician to obtain the required orders.
Submitting the application to the Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH).
Following up to ensure a timely approval.

We have extensive experience navigating the GAPP application process and work diligently to get your family approved as quickly as possible, often within 30 days.

Step 3: Your Care Begins

Once your child is approved for GAPP, we will work with you to create a personalized care plan. This plan will outline the specific services your child will receive and the schedule of care.

If you have chosen to participate in the Parent Caregiver Program, we will onboard you as an employee of Care Within Reach. This includes completing necessary paperwork, providing training, and setting up your payroll.

From there, care begins! Our team will be with you every step of the way, providing ongoing support and ensuring your family’s needs are met.
