The first step is to schedule a no out-of-pocket cost, no-obligation consultation with our team. During this call, we will:

Step 2: We Handle the Paperwork

If your child appears to be eligible for GAPP, our team will guide you through the application process. This includes:

Gathering necessary documentation (medical records, Medicaid information, etc.).
Coordinating with your child's physician to obtain the required orders.
Submitting the application to the Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH).
Following up to ensure a timely approval.
